But I'm really concerned about her own being right now, and it hurts just knowing that where she was once someone who always came to me for support, she isn't now and there's nothing I can even initiate to help her with besides sending little things here and there to make her smile. Not only that, but many of the Asian girls who dates Asian guys are not Americanized which means that they hold a lot of their culture within them and wants to date someone who understand where they are coming from. Besides it is easier for them to date men who are the same nationality because many Asians tend to hang out with Asians. Asian girls usually tend to date Asian guys because from what I've heard from my Asian friends, it is easier for them because of the similarities in their culture.

it might be different in the states, but in the uk your husband can have access to your bank account, his debts incurred during your marriage will be YOUR responsibility as well as his, he can sue you whereas without marriage you have no legal responsibility if he incurs an accident (for example if you were driving), and if you want to end the relationship, you will have to go to court to do it. you will also be his carer if you get married, when he gets even older and sicker. but...getting married is a legal bind.
