It's not like men and women haven't been weighing their options or keeping their options open long before OLD came along but since the dawn of the internet and the 24/7 accessibility there is no such thing as privacy anymore. It's all served up on a silver platter anytime anywhere. It can truly drive one mental if you let it. This is one of the many problems with OLD I'm afraid.

Not make her do it. Separation is normal in relationships, you won't always be together and able to be in contact with your partner or the next woman if this one doesn't work out so I think you might as well start learning how to handle your **** now. I'm suggesting that you view this situation as an opportunity to practice your self management. She's on holiday and is taking the time out to contact you from the lobby, seriously I'm not sure what more you expect. I do not know what this woman is thinking or if there are sub vocal things going on thst you are picking up on but from what you've said and your general tone I think this is mostly your issue. You need to manage it.
