Most women may tell you that you should be completely honest in this case, that they'd rather knew but IMO those women don't know what's best for themselves and the relationship because this would completely damage everything and chances are If she's in love with you she's going to stay anyway...and then you'll fight and she'll be hurt until the end of time for you doing this.
