Arcanum, I totally understand how you are feeling. His first "I love you" was introduced by half an hour talk about her! He also hung out with her whenever he could. He introduced her as "his best friend, by far best friend" and I was just introduced by my name grr. Once, we were at a dance class and he would have a look at his phone every five minutes - I knew it was because of her. My situation is a bit different than yours, yet similar in a way.
