I know my friends would accept and wait for me if I told them I cannot see them because of a boyfriend, and that only tells me that I won't ever ban my male friends because of a boyfriend.

My heart goes out to him, that's got to be tough. But yeah. Not much he can do with 2.5 inches.

I have a feeling you're going to come back with "Well, he didn't create the attraction" but it just isn't true. I am a woman and have loads of female friends. I can think of lots of examples where a woman has thought a guy was great, totally dateable but was not physically attracted to him. Sometimes she'll try to introduce him to a friend, but he isn't her kind of guy.

You can't have separate rules for 1 gender and then expect both genders to be considered equals. That is such BS.
