She begged me to take the job since we were having such a difficult time financially. Anywhere between 4pm and 5am. She's not a bad person but she's very needy, impulsive, and emotionally driven. It's the evening shift. Eventually she asked me to get a different job because she was lonely, but then I got awarded a shift change to days but it wouldn't be for 4 more months. I don't understand why she would do it, knowing she just had to tough it out a few more months. I figured everything was good. It's been very hard on us although the $ has been nice.

In fact, this person's love for LOTR may not even come up for a while in real life. Someone could be a good match for someone else, but as soon as they see that, say, a person likes Lord of the Rings while they don't, it's an automatic deal-breaker. One problem I can see with dating sites is that the profile format quantifies a lot about the person: Height, body type, smoking/drinking habits, likes, dislikes, a blurb about them, etc.

If he's not giving his total self because he thinks in time you will dump him for a younger guy, you don't have much of a relationship. The ONLY way you'll get this whole issue resolved is to talk.
