The fact that he hasn't gotten her straightened out by now should speak volumes to you--that he loves his friendship with her more than he loves you. All of her bad (not bed--that's something you sleep in or plant flowers in) behavior speaks to the fact that she's got feelings stronger than friendship for your boyfriend and he's either willfully ignoring that or is so obtuse that he can't see it for what it is.

I feel like there is more to the story though.. Since we had that talk she's seemed a bit distant, and keeps telling me she's extremely afraid to fall in love with me...she even cried to me one night saying she's scared about her feelings. Anyways about a week ago I asked her where this was going and she said she wants to "exclusively date me and only me" but then went on to say she wants to call me her "man" but doesn't want to call me her boyfriend. She went on to say she usually doesn't throw the boyfriend term around until at least the 6 month mark if not longer.

It would suck to have a new ballgown sitting in the closet and be bailed on for a brand new girlfriend. From a girl perspective, even if she was just going as a friend, she's likely spent money on this event already in terms of a dress, make up, new shoes, etc.

Even with a paternity test there are so many things that still need to be trusted. But in the end people have to be trusted.
