For example, my ex cheated on me a few times and I gave him no reason to. If they are a mature older adult and have a history of cheating on everyone they have been with then thats a different story. Now he is with a new girl and they have been together for a year and he is nothing but faithful to her. Just use your best judgement. He was the same way to his girlfriends before me. But, people do change and grow up and learn new things about themselves and what they want. I would say no at first. So, I'd say don't judge someone on their past.

For one, no matter how much someone has hurt/disrespected you, for many people it's still very hard to walk away from a bad relationship, especially if they have invested a lot of time and emotion in it.

Our advice is free, take it or leave it. Sorry dude, it doesn't necessarily work that way. We're not priests, and therapists cost, what, $100 an hour?
